You might not believe it, but Greencult Razors actually started by chance. In 2019, Valerie founded a sustainable online shop (fairschenkt.at) and soon realised that many safety razors just aren't made in Europe anymore - or lack any real transparency. One night over dinner, she asked Max if he could build a safety razor in his family business, so we could offer a model 100% made in Austria. And that's how the GC1.1 was born in 2020.
