Your estimated delivery date for a complete order is determined by the item with the longest shipping time. Please note that our packages are shipped from Austria, which means we are unavailable on Austrian public holidays and no orders are dispatched from our warehouse on those days.
International Shipping
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All packages are shipped as merchandise and declared at their true order value.
Please be aware that depending on your country, additional charges such as VAT, import duties, or local taxes may apply upon arrival - these are set by your local authorities and beyond our control.
Adding a phone number at checkout helps carriers reach you if needed, so we strongly recommend it.
Should a package be returned to us because of an undeliverable address, refused customs fees, or failed delivery contact, the shipping cost will not be refunded and will be subtracted from your total refund.
Returns
To start a return, simply reach out to office@greencult.eu and we'll guide you through the process. Please get in touch before sending anything back, so we can make sure everything goes smoothly. All returns must arrive in like-new condition with original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for arranging insured, tracked return shipping. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the buyer.
